Our Favorite Things #41: The Mad Show & Annie Warbucks

This week: Joanne Worley gets a gift, Stephen Sondheim goes undercover, and Annie goes on!

  1. Hi Gents – Just in case you’ve not gotten thru to Joanne Worley, (please do an episode with her!) I saw her do Miss Hannigan in the 1990’s at the St. Louis Muny. She was a hoot. I remember “Easy Street” brought the 10,000 seat house down; she added her schtick where she flings a necklace of beads around her neck like a hula hoop; and for her curtain call, they had her in prison stripes with an enormous Christmas bow on her head. Still makes me giggle.
