#42 EDDIE KORBICH, High Tenor of Broadway

Everyone’s favorite tenor, Eddie Korbich, is this week’s guest on Behind the Curtain: Broadway’s Living Legends. From starring in the original production of Assassins, to playing Mr. Snow against newcomer Audra ANN McDonald, to surviving Seussical, Eddie Korbich has proven time and time again that he is not only one of Broadway’s best, he is also one of the nicest.

Join Eddie as he tells Rob and Kevin what it was like to get notes from Sondheim, how a picnic basket won him the respect of a director, and why its important to keep finding the joy in everything!

  1. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this interview. I grew up in Shamokin, and I knew Eddie as a young person. In fact, I invited him to play the high parts of the keyboard score with me for a community theater production of South Pacific. He was maybe about 15 at the time, so I like to think I was a tiny part of his theatrical leanings. He was a very positive, hard-working young man, so I’m not surprised he is that way as a successful professional actor.
